My mission is to help give every child the opportunity to live a calmer, more mindful happy childhood, enabling them to thrive and grow into successful young adults.
I am trained to bring relaxation and mindfulness practice to not only children, but also to their parents and teachers. I show teachers how to prevent the children in their care from struggling with anxiety and stress at school, especially during the exam period. I also help parents to try and make the home a calmer place. I know, personally that by showing children from a young age how to take control of their own mental health and wellbeing at an early age that it will enable them to be happy and healthy throughout their lives.
