How I differ from the rest

I believe that it is important to practice meditation and to live mindfully if you are going to teach it to others.

I myself have suffered with anxiety throughout my life. 

As a child, I worried about most things. I had separation anxiety from my parents, and just didn't enjoy the things my friends did, like sleepovers. 

I suffered panic attacks.

I had tried various forms of treatment and nothing had proved successful until I stumbled across meditation, and it has changed me for the better. 

Like many others, I live a busy life, constantly juggling a family and working at the same time. Meditation gives me the "quiet time" I desperately need and helps me to be a better mother, wife and friend.
